Getting the measurement right is critical — an oversized crate makes the pet slide and stress, an undersized one is rejected at check-in. Follow these four steps.
Ask Us to Measure for YouFrom the tip of the nose to the base of the tail (not the tail tip). Keep your pet standing naturally on all four legs.
From the ground to the top of the head or ears — whichever is taller. For cats, measure to the top of their ears when sitting upright.
The widest point of your pet's shoulders or hips (whichever is broader). This ensures comfortable side-to-side clearance inside the crate.
Crate Length = A + (½ × front leg length from ground to elbow)
Crate Height = B + 5 cm clearance
Crate Width = C × 2
If the result falls between sizes — always choose the larger crate.
